    • -personal importation of vehicles;
    • -provide further information on this process;
    • -provide a certificate of compliance, as the vehicle would need to be tested and inspected for the market it is destined for.

    Please be advised that Jaguar manufactures and delivers vehicles to markets ensuring that:

    • -vehicle specification is both compliant with local market legislation requirements;
    • -vehicles are suitable for the environment in which it will operate.


    This is supported through Jaguar's network of official importers, franchised retailers and authorised repairers, who have received training to support the Sales and After Sales processes.

    Therefore we would recommend that you contact your local retailer and department of transport in the destined market prior to importing a vehicle. You can find your nearest retailer here.

  • A: InControl is a group of "connected" products using mobile and internet technologies which enable connectivity in and outside of your vehicle.
  • A: InControl Touch is the all new multimedia system. It features a contemporary and fresh graphical design with an 8 inch touch screen and intuitive touch and swipe controls. The system is the command centre for a wealth of features designed to make your driving experience more entertaining, and safer.
  • A: InControl Connect gives unrivalled connectivity within your vehicle, ensuring you, and your passengers, enjoy the journey and stay connected to the world. Benefit from the combination of InControl Apps, Wi-Fi Hotspot and InControl Remote Premium. InControl Apps connects your smartphone to the Touch-screen to control a suite of compatible apps. Connect multiple devices to the Wi-Fi Hotspot so all passengers can stay connected throughout the journey.
  • A: InControl Protect gives you peace of mind through SOS Emergency call and Optimised Jaguar Assistance and Remote Essentials. In order to benefit from the InControl Protect services, you need to create your account online, registering your vehicle and activating the InControl services you have purchased.
  • A: InControl Secure uses tracking technology to automatically alert you if someone breaks into your car or moves it illegally. InControl Secure will also alert the monitoring centre, helping pinpoint and recover the vehicle as quickly as possible. Even if your car is stolen with the keys, you can alert the tracking call centre using the InControl Remote Smartphone App.
  • A: InControl products require specific infrastructure to be set up in order to be functional. This infrastructure is not yet available in some markets.
  • A: InControl features will not function in markets which do not have the necessary infrastructure.
