XF EARLY LEASE TERMINATION INCENTIVE

LET JAGUAR HELP YOU ESCAPE YOUR CURRENT LEASE AND DRIVE A NEW XF

For the month of March, lease or purchase a 2010 Jaguar XF, XF Premium or XF Supercharged* and receive assistance for the early termination of your current lease. Whether your lease is with Jaguar or a competitor, if the lease ends between April 1 and June 30, any purchase or lease of a 2010 XF will receive a cash incentive from Jaguar. Eligible Customers** with leases ending in April will receive $1,000, leases ending in May will receive $1,500 and leases ending in June will receive $2,000.

*Early Termination Lease Incentive does not apply to 2010 Jaguar XFR

**Customer Eligibility
- Lessee is not required to trade in or terminate present Jaguar or competitor lease.
- Offer is transferable to other immediate family members residing in the same household.
- Customer is required to provide dealer with a copy of the original Jaguar or competitor new car lease contract, showing an original termination date ending between April 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010.
- Customer must take delivery of new car by program end date of March 31, 2010.
