  • JAGUAR MOBILITY PROGRAM

    Jaguar is pleased to offer the Jaguar Mobility Program. Jaguar Mobility provides financial reimbursement toward the installation of adaptive equipment. Our aim is to make our vehicle line-up accessible to drivers with disabilities and their families.

    Benefits include up to $1,000 financial assistance toward the installation of adaptive equipment and up to $200 for after-market alert hearing devices. Eligibility extends to any family member, guardian or organization providing transportation for a person with a physical disability.

    Q: How Can I Obtain a New Car Brochure?

    A: New car brochures are downloadable by clicking on the    BROCHURES   link on the left hand navigation bar on the website. Mailed copies of New Car brochures can also be requested through the      BROCHURES  link on the left hand navigation.  Alternatively, you may phone Jaguar Cars at 1-800-4-JAGUAR (452-4827) option number 2.

    Q: Where Do I Request Model Line Brochures and/or Accessory Catalogs?

  • COMPLIANCE

    Q: Does Jaguar Have an Import/Export Compliance Program?
     
    A: Currently, Jaguar Cars does not have an Import/Export Program. If you are interested in bringing your vehicle into the US, or if you need a letter of compliance from Jaguar Cars in order to bring your car from the US to another country, please contact the Customer Relationship Center by calling 1-800-4-JAGUAR (452-4827)
     
    If you are a Canadian citizen and are interested in bringing your Canadian vehicle into the US, please contact the Customer Relationship Center at the same phone number listed above.
     
    If you are an American resident, or citizen who has purchased a Canadian vehicle and are attempting to enter it into the US, you will need a registered importer to handle that importation. Either the US Department of Transportation, or the US EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, websites will list names and states of companies that may assist you.

    Q: Can I manage my Jaguar Financial Group account online?

    A: Since Jaguar Financial Group is a program operated through JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., you can manage your account online at      chase.com, Just click on ‘Get a User ID’ and follow the easy registration steps. Then you can make payments, set up alerts, and update your contact information.

    Q: My contract is under the Jaguar Credit.  How do I contact them?

    A: Customer representatives are available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 7:30pm (CST). Call 1-800-452-4827 and choose option 4.

  • PRICES & REQUEST A QUOTE

    Q: Can I Request a Car Quote from a dealer? A: To request a quote from a dealer, you must first configure a car via our Build Your Jaguar configurator. Once you reach the “View Summary” page, access the “Request a Quote” service by clicking on the “Financing” link.

    Q: Do I Have to Configure a Jaguar to Request a Quote?

    A: Yes, but you only must select a model; you don’t need to select colors and options. To begin, first select a Series in Step 1.  Next, select a Model in step 2. After selecting a model, look for ´Contact a Dealer´ on the left side of the page. 

    Q: For How Long Will This Quote Be Accurate?

    A: Quotes are specific to the retailer from whom you request them. Please make sure you check with your retailer at the time you receive the quote to find out about any upcoming price adjustments.

    Q: Will I Be Besieged by Follow-up Calls From Retailers?

    A: A dealer will follow up with you after you Request a Quote. If at any time you decide you would not like the retailer to contact you any further, simply let them know by return phone call or email. If a retailer persists in contacting you after you have requested that he or she stop, please contact Jaguar Customer Service by email or phone to discuss the issue.

    Q: What Happens to the Information I Have Provided If I Decide Not to Purchase the Jaguar?

    A: Though our retailers may decide to store this information for further reference, we have a strict policy against selling your information to any unrelated corporation. Please be assured that the information you send will be treated carefully in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Q: Where Can I Get a Pre-Owned Jaguar Price Quote?

    A: Please visit your nearest registered Pre-Owned Jaguar dealer for a quote on dealer stock. Our retailer locator can find the Jaguar dealer nearest you. Jaguarusa.com offers information on warranty, eligibility and vehicle specs. It does not offer online quotes for pre-owned cars.

  • ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

    Q: What are my Roadside Assistance Benefits?

    A: The Jaguar Roadside Assistance Program provides towing and trip interruption benefits throughout the warranty period.

    In the event of a new car, Select Edition or Quality Assured warranty related incident, Jaguar Roadside Assistance will ensure your vehicle is towed to the closest Jaguar retailer for service.

    For new vehicle owners, should the incident occur 50 or more miles from the Jaguar owner´s primary residence, the owner is entitled to limited and reasonable emergency travel expenses, to include food, lodging and alternate transportation, provided the owner has not reached the intended final destination. Emergency travel benefits for Select Editions and Quality Assured owners begin at 100 miles from their primary residence.

    Jaguar Roadside Assistance also offers complimentary flat tire change, battery jump start, vehicle unlock and fuel delivery if you should run out.

  • SELECT EDITION

    Q: What is the Jaguar Select Edition Pre-Owned Vehicles Program?

    A: The Jaguar Select Edition Certified Pre-Owned Program contains an exhaustive 140-point inspection process designed to ensure the cosmetic and mechanical integrity of each certified vehicle.

    This promise is backed by a six-year/100,000-mile limited warranty coverage. There are no deductibles and, unlike most competitive warranties, your Select Edition premium warranty is transferable at no cost. See your local Jaguar retailer for details.

    Q: Can I Buy a Select Edition Limited Warranty Coverage When My Car Warranty Expires?

    A: The Select Edition Limited Warranty is not sold separately. In order for a Jaguar to qualify for Select Edition limited warranty coverage, the vehicle can be no more than four years old, must have been driven less than 50,000 miles, and must be listed in a retailer inventory.

    Each Select Edition vehicle must then pass through a 140-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection performed by a Certified Jaguar technician. Once certified, the retailer then sells the vehicle with the Select Edition limited warranty coverage. See your retailer for details.

  • WARRANTIES & MAINTENANCE

    Q: Does my Warranty Cover “Loaner” Vehicles?

    A: The Jaguar New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover "loaner" vehicles. Jaguar Cars encourages retailers to provide alternate transportation to their customers when a vehicle is brought in for maintenance service or warranty repairs; although it is at the discretion of the retailer to provide a loaner vehicle.

    Q: What types of Warranty does Jaguar provide?

    A: Jaguar offers the following warranty coverages:

    (A) New Cars: Bumper to bumper limited warranty: 4 Years/50,000 miles; Battery: 4 Years / 50,000 miles; Corrosion: 6 Years / unlimited mileage; Wear parts and service adjustments: 1 Year/12,500 miles

    (B) Select Edition limited warranty coverage available only in the United States: 6 years / 100,000 miles premium coverage for model year 1996 and newer. The cost of the warranty is included in the car.

    (C) Parts warranty: 1-year/unlimited miles on all repairs performed or parts installed at an authorized Jaguar retailer. See your retailer for details.
     
    Q: How Can I Obtain a Service History of my Jaguar?

    A: Contact your local authorized Jaguar dealer to inquire about the service history of your vehicle.

    Disclaimer: Vehicle service history is proprietary information. It is at the discretion of individual Jaguar dealers to release this information to anyone other than the original owner.

    Q: Can I view Jaguar content on my cell phone?

    A: Jaguar is proud to translate our positive digital experiences with mobile marketing.  This new mobile environment delivers an engaging and rich brand experience to our technologically advanced customer base. The WAP sites: www.jaguarxf.mobi, www.jaguarxk.mobi, www.jaguarxj.mobi and www.jaguar.mobi/XFR provide galleries of high quality images to promote each car’s design, innovation and performance, including high and low resolution versions of vehicle videos. The WAP sites allow visitors to input their ZIP code in order to locate their nearest dealer and book a test drive, or to order a brochure. Visitors can also download wallpapers to their handsets.

    Q: Does my Jaguar support Bluetooth®?

    A: The Bluetooth® enabled telephone system is controlled from the steering wheel and from the Touch-screen. It allows the driver to make and receive calls safely and easily using a Bluetooth® compatible mobile phone handset without the need for wires or cradles. Different features will be available according to the mobile phone handset used. This area of the website is designed to help you get the best from the Bluetooth® system in the vehicle and get interactive help for your particular handset model.
