• WHO QUALIFIES?

  US military members, including DOD civilians holding an active duty ID card and stationed overseas (outside the USA) may qualify for the US military sales program.

  What warranty is provided?
  Your new Jaguar is covered by the USA 4-year / 50,000-mile New-Vehicle Limited Warranty.
  
  What are my delivery options?
  We have US Military Sales locations close to all major US Bases in Europe. Alternatively, you may choose to take delivery from the Jaguar factory in Birmingham, England that also includes a factory tour.
  If your posting is cut short or you cannot take delivery in Europe then we can also arrange delivery straight to your nominated Jaguar retailer in the USA.
  A non-US Specifation vehicle cannot be exported into the US.
  
  Is my vehicle eligible for USA Scheduled Maintenance?
  Upon your return to the USA, any balance of the complimentary scheduled maintenance program is available to you. This program is not extended to vehicles operating outside of the USA so while in Europe all services are chargeable.
  
  Is there a person who can advise me?
  Our sales specialists are available to guide you through every step from inquiry, order to delivery.
  
  Can I order non US specification vehicles?
  Yes, although most US Military wish to purchase US specification vehicles to take back to the USA with them, we can supply a vehicle to other specifications should your circumstances require it.
  
  What is the delivery lead-time?
  The current US Military lead-time for a new build order is 12-14 weeks from receipt of the firm order. These build lead-times may vary due to product demand. The delivery lead-times will depend upon your chosen delivery location.
  
  Do you have cars available for quick delivery?
  Yes, we do have limited pipeline vehicles available. Your sales specialist will be able to discuss availability.
