  PANORAMIC ROOF: A FEELING OF LIGHT AND SPACE

  XJ Ultimate features a dramatic full-width glass panoramic roof, sweeping back from the top of the windscreen to the front of the rear seating area.  It increases the sense of space within the cabin and ensures no loss of headroom. The tinted glass has a reflective coating to prevent the cabin from becoming too hot, and utilises twin electric blinds for extra privacy.

  BI-FUNCTION HID XENON HEADLAMPS: SEE THROUGH THE NIGHT

  Bi-function HID Xenon headlamps operate automatically when it starts to get dark. They react to speed and steering to cast a deeper beam on corners, turning towards them, to provide extra light for low-speed manoeuvres. An intelligent high beam feature selects low beam when it detects oncoming vehicles and returns to full beam when the traffic has passed. Headlamp wipers are set flush into the front bumper so they do not disrupt XJ Ultimate’s elegant lines.

  UNIQUE 20 INCH MAROA WHEELS: RIDING IN STYLE

  The exclusive 20 inch Maroa forged wheels are only available on XJ Ultimate. Wider wheels and tyres are fitted at the rear, to optimise grip and accentuate the car’s forward dynamic.

  ULTIMATE FINESSE

  XJ Ultimate distinguishes itself with exclusive chrome finished 'Ultimate' scuplted lower air intake finishers. Exclusive 'Ultimate' oval polished stainless steel exhaust tailpipe finishers glint while the ‘Ultimate’ badging on the bootlid and in the side power vents denote XJ Ultimate as Jaguar’s flagship pinnacle vehicle.

  REAR LIGHTS: ULTIMATE ELEGANCE

  XJ Ultimate’s distinctive rear lights follow the contours of the boot down toward the bumper. Each lamp unit contains 57 LEDs, arranged in three beautiful blades and reaching full brightness more quickly than conventional bulbs when the brakes are applied.

• STATE-OF-THE-ART PARKING ASSISTANCE

  Ultrasonic sensors in XJ Ultimate’s bumpers detect objects up to 1.8m away and, when parking, send audible proximity warnings. Simultaneously, the Touch-screen streams video from a rear-facing digital camera and combined with graphics provide steering guidance. A front parking aid is designed to alert the driver to objects ahead of the car.

• ADJUSTABLE BOOTLID

  The electronic boot lid opens from a switch either on the remote key, in the car, or on the bumper. Another switch inside the lid closes it automatically. The lid can also be set to open to a particular height.
