In most cases, one of our Jaguar-trained technicians will solve the problem at the roadside. If a roadside repair isn't possible, we will take your car to an authorised repair centre.

If we can't repair your car within four hours, we will find an alternative solution to meet your requirements:

You may wish to continue your original journey or return home. In this case, we'll organise and pay for the most appropriate mode of travel.

Alternatively,if the repair can be carried out within 24 hours, you might prefer to wait until the repairs are complete. If the breakdown occurs more than 50 miles from your home, and you and your passengers would like to stay in a hotel, we will pay the cost of hotel accommodation.
