While your car is under warranty, you can get help at the roadside, whatever the situation, in the UK and most of Continental Europe.
OUR FOUR-HOUR GUARENTEE
A Jaguar-trained technician will usually be able to solve the problem at the roadside. If this isn’t possible, we will take your car to a Jaguar Authorised Repairer.
If your car can’t be repaired within four hours, we can organise and pay for onward travel or (if you are more than 50 miles from home) pay for you to stay in a hotel.
Our Operations Centre is manned by experienced multi-lingual staff and is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
You can find the numbers for the Operations Centre here. You should call the number for the country where your car was first registered.
When you call you will be asked for:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- A brief description of the incident
- A contact telephone number
If your car has been involved in an accident, you will also be asked to describe the damage and provide details of anyone else who was involved.
Jaguar Roadside Assistance is available in the following countries in Continental Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Aland), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, the Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
