In What Car?’s 2009 JD Power customer satisfaction survey of 15,764 car owners in the UK, Jaguar’s X-TYPE beat the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Audi A4 and Saab 9-3 to take the runner-up spot in the Compact Executive class with an 80.7% rating.
