  • 2.2 LITRE AJ-I4 DIESEL

    The new 2.2 Litre AJ-i4 Diesel engine is tuned for a high power output and smooth drive. The new ZF eight-speed automatic transmission and Intelligent Stop/Start with Twin Solenoid Starter help to reduce emissions and make this the most efficient Jaguar ever. An innovative overboost feature provides an extra 30Nm of torque for 30 seconds to help with safer overtaking.

  • 3.0 LITRE V6 PETROL

    With its variable camshaft phasing, this compact, aluminium engine offers impressive power and torque, more than 80 per cent of which is available below 1,500rpm.

    Two versions of the 3.0 Litre V6 Diesel engine are available for the new XF – 240PS and the high-performance 275PS Diesel S. Each engine is available with the new ZF eight-speed automatic transmission and features a parallel sequential turbo-boosting system that provides immediate response, even at low engine speeds, and impressive fuel economy.

    - Acceleration: 0-60mph in 6.7 seconds (7.1 seconds) and 5.9 seconds (6.4 seconds)

  • 5.0 LITRE V8 PETROL

    The naturally aspirated 5.0 Litre V8 Petrol engine features camshaft profile switching and variable camshaft timing, actuated by valve torque rather than oil pressure. The result is a smaller oil pump, optimised efficiency at all speeds and strong low-speed torque. Innovative spray-guided fuel injection optimises the air-fuel mix for more efficient combustion.

    - Acceleration: 0-60mph in 5.5 seconds (0-100kph in 5.7 seconds)

  • 5.0 LITRE V8 PETROL SUPERCHARGED

    The direct-injection 5.0 Litre V8 Supercharged engine, exclusive to the XFR, boasts a sixth-generation Eaton supercharger that enables it produce a remarkable 510PS. The enhanced front entry air intakes and rotor geometry improve efficiency and reduce noise and vibration.
