• WHO QUALIFIES?

  To qualify you must be either:
  
  A British resident:
  
  - Who is about to leave the UK with the car for a stay outside of the EU for at least 6 months - and wishes to use their tax-free car for the last 6 months
  - Who is about to leave the UK for another EU country and wishes to use a tax-free car for the last 2 months of their stay
  
  An overseas visitor: 
  
  - Who wishes to purchase and use a tax-free Jaguar for up to 12 months within the EU.
  
  Please note: The supply and use of vehicles in the UK free of VAT is subject to HM Customs and Excise regulations. These vary depending on the final overseas destination. It will be necessary to specify the country of ultimate destination to enable us to advise on model availability and after sales support.
