Jaguar has become one of the world’s leading brands, thanks to the skills and commitment of our people. Today, we are utilising the qualities of our employees on behalf of the communities in which we work and live.
Employee involvement in the community is integral to Jaguar’s culture. Employees are each allowed 16 hours a year of work time to support community programmes, and they are encouraged to take an active part in a wide range of activities; by becoming school governors, for example.
For our graduates, the Ignition programme provides a wide range of events and activities designed to give them the confidence and experience to excel in and out of the workplace.
