TERMS & CONDITIONS
Jaguar Chauffeur Programme is available to licenced chauffeur operators at participating Jaguar dealers only. Jaguar Chauffeur Programme applies to new XJ or XF registrations within the UK, subject to status, availability and a customer qualification and registration process. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any elements of the Jaguar Chauffeur Programme at any time and without prior notice. All details are correct at the time of going to print and are subject to change without notice.

1. REPLACEMENT VEHICLE
A like-for-like London PCO licenced replacement vehicle will be provided for London PCO licenced chauffeur operators only. PCO licence details may be requested before a licenced replacement vehicle is provided. London PCO licenced replacement vehicles will be operated by Licensed Carriage Hire Limited on behalf of Jaguar Assistance. A non-licenced like-for-like replacement vehicle may be provided for chauffeur operators outside of the London PCO area. Licenced and non-licenced like-for-like replacement vehicles are subject to availability and will be available through Jaguar Assistance in the event of a mechanical breakdown during the vehicle warranty period only. The provision of a like-for-like replacement vehicle cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. A maximum number of rental days per breakdown may apply. It is the responsibility of the driver to request assistance by calling Jaguar Assistance in the UK on 0800 246 844 and quoting 'Chauffeur Programme' as the special assistance code. The provision of replacement vehicles and onward mobility in the event of immobilisation are subject to the terms and conditions detailed within the Jaguar Warranty Benefits handbook.

2. JAGUAR CHAUFFEUR INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION
Applies to new XJ or XF registrations through the Jaguar Chauffeur Programme from 1st April 2011 until 31st March 2012. Under the Jaguar Chauffeur Programme the £500 Jaguar Insurance contribution will be paid to Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance* by Jaguar Cars Finance to reduce the premium paid by you when purchasing a new Jaguar XJ or XF and a Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance policy. Please contact Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance before you take delivery of your new car, on 0800 876 6348.
*Jaguar Cars Finance and Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance are both a trading style of FGA Capital UK Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. -
3. JAGUAR FAULT HIRE GUARANTEE
Only available in conjunction with a Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance policy. This cover will reimburse you for continuous vehicle hire for a period not exceeding 14 days within the Period of Guarantee in hiring a Hire Vehicle from Platinum Assist Limited* or from one of our suppliers following an Insured Incident occurring during the Period of Guarantee subject to the terms and conditions and exclusions (PCO licenced for London).

4. JAGUAR ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Only available in conjunction with a Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance policy. We will (if contacted as the first notification of an accident for non-fault claims) make sure that the claims process is managed in the way that you need to make sure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible but repaired to the correct standards by Jaguar approved body shops. In addition, you will receive (subject to terms, conditions and exclusions): LEGAL COSTS (Legal Costs & Expenses up to the Limit of Indemnity, including the cost of appeals for claims reported during the period of insurance for the following insured events), UNINSURED LOSS RECOVERY (event that causes damage to your vehicle and/or personal property in or on it), PERSONAL INJURY (causing death or personal injury to any driver or passenger whilst in an insured vehicle), MOTORING DOCUMENT MAX (to assist you with day-to-day legal issues), LEGAL & TAX ADVICE (Access to legal and tax experts 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year).
*Jaguar Accident management is provided by Platinum Assist Limited who is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. Platinum Assist Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. -
5. QUINTESSENTIALLY JAGUAR
A year’s free membership of Quintessentially Jaguar applies from the date of vehicle registration. Chauffeur operators purchasing more than one XJ or XF at the same time will be entitled to one year’s free membership only.

6. PRIORITY SERVICING AND REPAIRS
Available by prior appointment at participating Jaguar dealers only. Subject to parts availability.

7. TAILORED FINANCE
Finance subject to status. Guarantees/indemnities may be required. Jaguar Contract Hire promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other Jaguar promotions and are subject to availability at participating Jaguar dealers only. Certain categories of business user may be excluded. Jaguar Contract Hire is provided by Lex Vehicle Leasing, trading as Jaguar Contract Hire, Heathside Park, Heathside Park Road, Stockport SK3 0RB. Written quotations are available on request.

8. DEMONSTRATORS
Demonstrator vehicles are subject to status, availability and agreement of loan vehicle terms and conditions. Drivers must have fully comprehensive insurance cover for the full loan period of the loan vehicle. Drivers must present their operator licence and driving licence including photo ID and the paper counterpart if you have a two part licence.
