ALIVE ON ICE
‘ALIVE ON ICE’ is Jaguar’s bespoke ice driving experience. We welcome drivers to challenge themselves and our cars in chillingly extreme conditions of ice fields and frozen lakes.
In 2014 there was nowhere better to experience 'ALIVE ON ICE' than Finland.
The nation that's won more World Rally Championships than any other.
For Finnish drivers, the ice, snow and powder were as welcoming as the smoothest tarmac.
Every Jaguar is created to feel alive. Whatever the conditions. Wherever the journey. 'ALIVE ON ICE' gives you the chance to develop vital driving skills as you test your limits in the perfect environment.
Jaguar’s Instinctive AWD gives you claw-like grip on the frozen ground as you need it, and cat-like rear-wheel drive agility when you don’t. Those goose bumps aren't the cold, but the adrenaline rush.
To the cry of “Mush!” your team of dogs races off, pulling the sled with endless enthusiasm. It is a magical way to enjoy the beauty and stillness of the white wilderness. Only the panting of the huskies and whoosh of the runners breaks the wintry silence.
For more motorised fun, jump on the snowmobile and hit the ignition. Your ski-doo scoots through the pine forest and over the virgin snows of hills and valleys. Add to the rush on the ice lakes, where you can reach speeds of 80km/h.
When you arrive, you'll be treated to a chauffeur-driven trip to a stylish hotel and a warm welcome from the Jaguar Experience Team.
Then, once you've rested, the serious business begins. Because with the help of our ice driving experts, you'll get behind the wheels of an XKR-S and F-TYPE, to push your dynamic driving skills to the absolute limit.
After such a high adrenaline workout, you'll be pleased to learn that the next day is spent relaxing and enjoying the local culture. You'll have plenty of time to explore the wonderful architecture, saunas and up-market shopping.
Your icy adventure ends with a relaxed journey home - to relive incredible memories of three amazing days 'ALIVE ON ICE'.
'ALIVE ON ICE' is a three-day, two-night programme; it includes traditional accommodation, local cultural activities - and challenging driving experiences.
