BLUETOOTH® TELEPHONE CONNECTIVITY
Bluetooth® technology allows mobile handsets with Bluetooth® capability to communicate with the car’s built-in telephone system, with no need for wired connections or cradles. And with Bluetooth®, mobile calls can be controlled either via the touch-screen or made completely hands free, safely and easily, using the steering wheel controls or optional JaguarVoice™ control.

7-INCH FULL COLOUR TOUCH-SCREEN
At the heart of the XF’s fascia, a 7-inch Touch-screen controls most major functions simply and intuitively. It incorporates many features from the in-car audio system, the telephone operation via the integrated Bluetooth® connectivity module, and the navigation and climate control. This allows mechanical buttons to be reduced to a discreet panel below the navigation screen.

JAGUAR 320W PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM WITH IN-DASH 6-DISC CD PLAYER
The Jaguar 320W premium sound system combines a powerful DSP amplifier with nine speakers, eight door-mounted premium speakers in the cabin plus a subwoofer for enhanced bass performance – cleverly packaged in the spare wheel well in the trunk.

BOWERS AND WILKINS 440W SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM
Designed and tuned for the XF by Bowers & Wilkins, the audiophile-quality 440W surround sound system features a remote amplifier with Dolby® Pro-Logic® II 7.1 Surround Sound, EQ graphic equalizer and 14 speakers that deliver extraordinary sound quality. Kevlar® cones in the larger speakers improve linearity of response and reduce distortion, while aluminum domes on the tweeters improve sound reproduction at high frequencies by reducing the weight of the moving part.

PORTABLE AUDIO INTERFACE
The XF’s Portable Audio Interface option provides full function control of your iPod® or MP3 through the 7-inch Touch-screen. Full Touch-screen control of the iPod® allows access to Playlists and Music Search by Artist, Album or Genre. USB Mass Storage devices can also be accessed via the Touch-screen and other players can be connected to the car through the standard fit 3.5mm Stereo Auxiliary Input port.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM
The satellite navigation system is sophisticated, but extremely easy to use. It is controlled from the central Touch-screen and offers full directional instructions on the Touch-screen and also on the message center with 2D map displays. It is fully programmable, with filling stations displayed automatically when fuel is running low and the ability to store up to twenty preset destinations.

JAGUARVOICE™
With JaguarVoice™, many functions can be controlled simply by asking – and all without ever taking your eyes off the road. After pressing the steering wheel 'voice' button, the XF's voice recognition technology allows the driver to give instructions to the navigation system, change Touch-screen displays or make phone calls (using numbers or names). There is also a useful notepad feature which allows the driver to store up to ten voice messages which can be re-played later.
