DRIVER CENTRIC COCKPIT
F-TYPE immediately connects with the driver, so that he or she becomes almost an extension of the car. Its 1+1 configuration is designed to wrap around the driver.The design of the cockpit provides visibility, minimal distractions and close-to-the-centre-of-gravity seating with rigid seat frames and structure. The fascia has been intentionally kept as low as possible and free from clutter to increase the forward view.

JAGUAR SPORTSHIFT SELECTOR
The Jaguar SportShift Selector is simple and intuitive to use. It offers full Auto mode plus, in Sports mode, manual operation. This allows the driver to select gears sequentially by tipping the lever forward to shift down a ratio and shift up a gear by pulling the lever back.

DUAL MODE ROTARY SWITCHES
The advanced climate control features Dual Mode Rotary Switches – right and left dials control cockpit temperature on the respective sides of the car when dual zone climate control is specified. When pressed, the dials change mode to control the optional seat heating functions.

8-INCH COLOUR SCREEN
F-TYPE’s 8 inch colour touch-screen makes it easy to control a number of the features of the car including navigation, Infotainment and, where specified, the Dynamic-I display system.

AUDIO
The powerful audio systems bring the cockpit to life with incredible, rich sound. Two systems are available, both designed to give a high quality audio experience that perfectly complements the performance of the car.
MERIDIAN™ SOUND SYSTEM
The standard Meridian™ Sound System has ten speakers including two sub woofers, 380W and 12 channels. DSP technology produces active crossovers, tailored to each speaker and delivering an effortless and natural sound.
MERIDIAN™ SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM
This optional system features 12 speakers and 770W and uses Meridian Trifield™ technology to ensure perfect stereo sound for both passenger and driver. The rear door loudspeakers are also sent the front channel signals to deliver a consistent experience.
